Are You Covered? Insurance Deductibles

A health insurance deductible is a set amount of money that an insured person must pay out of pocket every year for eligible healthcare services before the insurance plan begins to pay any benefits.

We may contact your insurance provider to verify mental health benefits, including copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and pre-authorizations.
It is your responsibility to confirm coverage and understand your insurance policies.
For plans with deductibles, we may collect a standard upfront copayment toward your deductible before your appointment.
After your claim is processed, any remaining balance based on your plan will be your responsibility, as detailed in your Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
Once your insurance pays, any unpaid balance will be charged to your payment method on file, and you will receive a statement.
If you have financial difficulties, we can work with you individually to arrange payment plans.
No refunds are given for services already rendered.

If we do not accept your insurance plan our billing department can provide you with a detailed “Superbill” for reimbursement from your health insurance.
