Emily Correa is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in pediatric acute care. She began her nursing career in a pediatric hospital, primarily serving in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she cared for some of the most medically fragile patients and supported families during critical and emotional times. Throughout her career, she frequently floated to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), oncology, and respiratory units, gaining broad experience managing complex and high-acuity conditions across various pediatric specialties.
Driven by a desire to expand her knowledge, refine her clinical skills, and care for patients across the lifespan, Emily pursued advanced education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her transition into family practice reflects her passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages — from infants to adults — while continuing to build strong relationships with families.
Emily believes in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that supports not only physical health but also emotional and spiritual well-being. As a mother of two, she understands firsthand the importance of accessible, thoughtful healthcare for families and strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient she serves.
Outside of clinical practice, Emily and her husband actively lead the children’s ministry at their church, where they plan curriculum, organize events, and partner with parents to help nurture the next generation. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and investing in her faith and community.
Emily looks forward to walking alongside her patients and empowering them to achieve their best health at every stage of life.
