Not in museums or formal exhibits—although I love those, too—but in the quiet, personal act of surrounding myself with visuals that lift my mood. Art that speaks to me, even if no one else notices it. A small holiday decoration in the right shade of red. A framed image that tells a story I want to remember. A painting that catches my eye again and again.
