October was National Depression Awareness and Health Screening Month. It’s an important reminder that mental health matters, but it needs to be prioritized year-round. I want to talk about the people who rarely get screened—like the high-performing employees, the problem-solving leaders, the ones who look fine on the outside and keep going.
